Hello friends :) well the out of town trip was cancelled, things have been weird and complicated around here lately, not getting into it. Anyway, I was holding off on cutting but now I'm able to supervise the dry okay.

Here's the last living group shot haha. If you're just tuning in, the center one in the picture is a little bit behind and needs a few more days. So we're cutting the left one (#1) and the right one (#2).

Alrighty, so number one and two are trimmed, chopped, and hung. Here's a crappy pic of the hang lol, this camera really doesn't work as well in the tent as my last one.

It did take a little while to trim as they were rather leafy, but I don't mind that. I know not everyone does, but I enjoy trimming. The scissor resin was constantly building up and I had to clean the scissors several times per plant lol! (I don't scrape scissor hash, it's just not my thing. Just clean with cotton balls and iso alcohol.) Usually I can get through a plant with one or no cleaning. So there's tons of juicy resin on these babies!

The smells were just out of this world pleasurable, like a grape jolly rancher candy factory had exploded. It's gotta taste awesome when it's ready, if it smells this good fresh! :)

At this point I can't really think of any negatives, and I've tried to think of some. All my winter plants were short, so I can't fault it there, in fact these were the biggest! Absolutely awesome plants to grow, and did all of this with very very little feeding, as a test of my organic soil mix, which appears to be pretty good. I didn't even give them much CalMag!

I would bet that in expert hands in a good hydro system (and with non-winter temps lol), they would be twice the size of mine. But, this is more than great for my use, and I prefer organics.

Still no smoke test report, but I have a lil nug quick drying on an led panel, so we'll have an idea in a couple days. I'm certain it'll taste great, I can just tell by now, and I did eat a few leaves during trim and they were silky smooth, obviously zero chem taste, and had nice flavors.

I'll leave ya for now with the last gorgeous winning shot from Purple Stone #2, top cola in the sunlight.

Great journal and beautiful plants. Thanks Anthropolis.

PURPLE STONE #3 (final girl) CHOP PICS:

Thanks everyone for watching these grow up with me and for the reps and likes. Number 3 had finished up sufficiently for me and looked ready, so got the trim and chop today! :) This one finished up beautifully and made a decent amount of herb considering it damped off and almost died very early.

Yet, it overcame that and performed fairly well in the end. It was looking a little rough in the beginning, and even in the mid grow I didn't think it would make much at all. But towards the end it was catching up fast and was performing well!

Interestingly, this one ended with the widest branch out and about an inch taller than the other two. If it hadn't damped off early, I think it would have made noticeably more herb than the other two. Right now it's hard to guess how much is on there, because it's dense but not quite as dense as the others. At very least a quarter oz of primo medicine, it looks like :)

Pre-trim, she's the least leafy and has the widest branching.

Alrighty then, that's their life! They did really great, and I still can't think of anything in terms of faults. I'd definitely like to see these run with better temps like Spring and in a hydro system for max yield. They liked the led's plus cfl just fine, but I get the feeling they would perform excellent under HID / HPS also.

I'll draw up a separate post later with final thoughts and everything later, after jarring and stuff. The test nug is still drying, so no preliminary smoke test yet but I'm looking forward to it and will write that up in here soon. :)

Here's everyone drying now haha, the three Purple Stones plus a couple Mephisto's behind them.

All for now, peace and love!

Hi friends, I haven't had enough to do a full report on the feelings yet, but I did sample some and it was friggin amazing!

It grinds to a beautiful presentation of rich orange, fluorescent green, deep green, and of course a few PURPLES! :) The smells in the grinder, wowww! I'm not sure if I can properly assemble the words to express how downright delicious it smells.

Firstly, it still doesn't smell much like "weed" which is actually great in this case. It smells somewhat like "grape drank" you've probably had as a kid, so it makes the mouth water and brings up hopefully pleasant lol childhood smell memories. Then it also smells a little minty, but like sweet mint like spearmint, not harsh mint like peppermint. Then there's also some indescribable and heavy candy smell too.

I thought I detected a very faint diesel smell too, but haven't found it again. There's a faint herbal smell too, maybe basil, but this is pretty common in the autos I've had. I'm formulating a theory that Ruderallis generally imparts a faint basil smell across the board.

It tastes as good as it smells, and even better than it looks. The first thing I noticed was how unbelievably silky smooth it is, so smooth I didn't think I hit much at first until the exhale. This probably has a lot to do with the organic and few feedings, but I'm betting it's also a nature of the strain too.

There wasn't even any of the associated harshness or taste from a quick-dried or pre-cured herb. This I found very surprising, it is totally smokable dried right off the plant, and still delicious! In my experience thus far, I've only found one other strain yet that's smokable right off the plant, Red Poison, which has some similar characteristics.

It has all the same tastes as the smells, "grape drank" lol, sweet mint, and candy. This sounds chaotic, but it's delivered well and cleanly, not a messy mashup of flavors.

The effects were pleasing, nothing too sharp, no negatives like paranoia. Just a smooth rising high that settles into a really good medicinal effect for quite some time. A person could probably consume a great deal of this without any ill effects like consuming too much hard sativa. I didn't get any sleepy effects, but I did sleep good on it.

I'll keep sampling and reporting on found effects and smells. So far this is some of the best smelling / tasting herb, and some of the cleanest effect that you could want. I would buy it when it's available, in fact I most probably will lol. At the very least, you want to grow at least one to smell it haha! A+ so far! Hats off to the breeders on this one.

(Grow note, some of these smells, tastes, and smoothness may be diminished, changed, or lost in some other growing methods like hydro. I would go with organic soil for this one.)

All for now, back again soon, peace and love.
