So I've ran out of space to pull up the light any further. The one on the left is raised, so the pot is sitting on something. But the one on the right is too fucking big. Is it too late to bend the main stem down a bit or what can I do? Or should I just let it grow and sort it out the height issue in my next grow? I've read about light burn, etc.. touch wood but the leaves don't seem to be effected by the light (I've read that leaves start to go funny when they're too close to the light)

I'll see what I can do tomorrow and I'll tie it down a bit just so it's not so bloody tall... Any specific recommendations as to how I should do it? Or just grab the top of the plant, tie it down and hope for the best?

Watched a video to see what I could do instead it started snapping open. Probably my ignorance, but I don't really have too much of an option to snap the insides without breaking the skin... so what next? [emoji23]

I'm so fucking nervous, hopefully I haven't ruined it.. as you can see it has slightly cracked and it's a darker shade of green, that's where these juices have come from..

Looks right on. Just make sure it can't go up, tie it down real good. And maybe put some tape around it. I Did it with my HBSS, you can find it in my journal..
