Grow Room Pulse Labs Tester Group

Plants are coming along nicely. The one in the rockwool will be the focus of attention with the pulse monitoring along the way.

Just jot my new Pulse One in the mail. I have it monitoring my drying room at the moment. Cool little package. @okPeet @getpulse.co I wish it had a place for a hook to hang it from as it needs to be moved around especially up and down as opposed to being fixed to the wall. I do not know if anyone makes an adapter to click into the mounting hole but that is an idea. If I had a 3D printer I could make one. In the meantime I threaded the twist tie off of the cable through the vent holes to hang it with!

@Mañ'O'Green We actually thought about this a lot. We saw the testers struggling to hang the devices in the optimal places -- the center of the canopy. It's the hottest area (under the lights) and the area you care about the most (cola zone).

Having two "cords", one for power and one for hanging, seemed like an unnecessary mess. So we made sure the device could be self supported with the power cord provided. Feel free to hang it from the usb cable into your canopy ;)

I have 6ft to the ceiling and 3ft over then down 5ft to the outlet so I am going to have a hanger anyhow. Plus you need to raise it as the grow happens. The cord is about 6ft. Probably not good in my situation.

Hey-- and every grow is unique. The idea is that the device is flexible and you can power & position it as needed. If you need a longer cord, it's a standard microUSB for power so options for a bigger cord, battery power, or extending with a 2-prong extension are options.

I like to position mine on trellis. My personal grow is not as impressive as this Pulse user's but just another example:

Well now I am jealous......................

Hey Now!
Lots of great stuff going on in here. Nice looking production run! They look great.
I am happy to report that I have gardens up and running again. That dry spell was just awful.
My “show tent’ is currently relying on my Pulse to help me dial in the new set up.

The Pulse is right in the center of the action!

Another update. The gardens are all fired up again and I m relying on my Pusle units to keep everything happy. I just love being able to pull up the telemetry anytime I want. Very reassuring.
Here’s some current photos.

Big tent, Alf#5, Dutch Pro, Autopots, ES 300 lighting.

Can you spot the boy?

This is the outside tent. Outside as in outside of the garden and in the basement proper. The Pulse is extra important here for me.
