its time for a update on both of my prism lighting science 315w cmh light autos and photo grows both in super soil

my auto grow in my tent and my photo grow in my closet both got plain water today in there watering

man these plants are almost done I could pull 2 of them them now but I want them to go as long as they could so I will wait another week and one of them needs at least 2 more weeks or so my photo plant in my closet grow is just about ready to come down too

the water I used was plain carbon filtered tap water (filtered water not R/O water) it was ph. to 6.5 with a mix of citric acid crystals (natural ph. down) and ascorbic acid powder (vitamin C powder) that I use as ph. down and a dechlorinator and was bubbled for 24+ hours

the plants in my grow tent are under a prism lighting science 315w cmh are

1x San Francisco Sour Dough auto from top shelf elite is in day [HASHTAG]#87[/HASHTAG] from sprout
1x gorillagasm auto from top shelf elite in day [HASHTAG]#94[/HASHTAG] from sprout
1x Pineapple crack auto from top shelf elite in day [HASHTAG]#87[/HASHTAG] from sprout

the single photo plant in the closet under a prism lighting science 315w cmh is

1x lemon tooth photo period feminized from B-S-B genetics in day [HASHTAG]#50[/HASHTAG] of flower

That looks so tasty; how does it smell?

Hello peoples I have ran into a bit of an issue with my pulse. As of just recently it has started reading higher temps then it should have been so I have been in contact with @okPeet (Who has been extremely helpful and believes he can solve the issue and I 100% have faith in that) to try and resolve the issue. We had discussed the possibility of heat build up from the vents being blocked so with that in mind I started experimenting with the pulse to see if I could remedy the issue. In the process I stumbled on what I think is the cause of my pulses issue ( I would like to say just cause I am having this problem doesn't mean everyone is)

"Hey Peter hope your weekend is going well. So I have good news / Bad news. I am pretty sure I know whats going on with the my pulse. (That's the good news) Here's the bad news I believe the mother board is heating up as well as the vents to vent the heat from building up aren't enough to do compensate for the added heat. So as the temps in the surrounding environment go up my pulse becomes more and more out on it's measurements. I tried taking the back off the pulse letting it sit then turned it on and checked what it read. It was spot on in agreement with the other hydrometer in my grow room. I also took lazer thermometer readings of the pulses mother board just before I turned it on and after a few mins of running. The longer the pulse ran the more it was off reading the temps as higher but the mother boards surface temps were the same as what the pulse read. I have pictures to show what I mean. I tried to match the pics so you can see three per testing. So the big issue is that when I had the pulse hung where I needed it the environment would be at around 76 to 77F with 55% humidity sometimes but the pulse would read as high as 84F with 40-45% humidity. Like I was saying the more direct heat on the pulse it compounds the problem. If you need any more pics let me know or want me to try anything. I will say just because I'm having this problem doesn't mean everyone is."

So this is what I sent him and he responded with I will get right on it and that he has a idea what might be causing it. That kind of service that quick is extremely nice and as I mentioned I have 100% faith the issue will be resolved. I will include the pics of the readings I took. I will update as soon as the issue is resolved.:biggrin:

Harvested today, man that is a lot of work! 7 hours to harvest 6 plants. I am doing my harvest a little different this time. Only hanging what will be the best nugs, then the smaller nugs are in the screen dryer, all of the fluffy popcorn buds are in the freezer in jars (7 quarts), everything else in a couple of paper bags. The frozen product is going to get a QWET and then processed in the distiller. The stuff in the paper bags will get a dry ice shake and the rest made into rosin mostly.

The point of posting here is because I will be using the Nano to keep track of the drying room................... Don't you just love this tool!

The weather here has been almost perfect for drying. It has been easy to keep in the 70°F / 50% Humidity drying range. A six or seven day hang should be just right. The Nano is verifying what I already knew.

Been using the pulse to measure the air coming in the tent to see it' effects on in tent temps and humidity. I had Chernobyl girl get powdery mildew. I have no experience with this so I culled her. Other then that garden has been growing well.

I consider the ability to easily calibrate by us users as an essential feature.
Agreed - that's why we have it as a feature now (sorry for the late reply - I was just looking over some of the old posts in this thread).
