Grow Room Pulse Labs Tester Group

@okPeet Nano Testers: I put together an Excel spreadsheet (download here: http://jmp.sh/vO01Ico ) of VPDs with 3 pages one is based on a 2°F lower leaf temperature compared to the air temperature, another is 4°F lower and the third is 6°F lower. The fahrenheit temperatures in the columns are the air temperature and the VPDs in the chart are calculated on the lower leaf temperature. So to use the charts determine your leaf temperature by using a laser thermal thermometer; take several temps and average them. Lets say your average is 4°F lower than the air temperature. Go to the 4° worksheet, look up the air temperature, slide over to the Humidity % and the intersection is your VPD adjusted for the 4°F lower leaf temperature.

Example: air temp 81°F, leaf Temperature average 77°F, Humidity 60% then VPD = 1.03

I created another excel spreadsheet that calculates the Leaf Temperature VPD you simply input the air temperature and the leaf temperature in fahrenheit and the relative humidity and it calculates the VPD. @okPeet you could incorporate that into the Nanos graphs by adding a leaf temperature differential input along with the humidity correction. Download the spreadsheet here: http://jmp.sh/rMmC4Oy

This is great stuff!! I take a stab on getting this incorporated into the charts.

Tuesday update. Week 7 plants are using less water now and I'm seeing more cloudy trichomes on some and crystal clear on others. Going to be a staggred harvest this go. Pulse is working beautifully I have some screen shots of my email notifications this week as well.

So these are the next contestants in the pulse test grow. The ones on the right in the seedling pic are Chernobyl and the ones in the left container are Skywalker kush. The Chernobyl are 6 year old seeds lol. Some of them look pretty ruff. Not sure if it's cause they are old or what but mutant leaves are a thing lol The further along ones are all Chernobyl as well. These were regular seeds so I will be picking the best male and stealing his pollen got some breeding projects and the rest of the males will be killed.

My Nano test grow is really doing well and keeping the environment in line has never been easier. Thanks to the Pulse Nano.

its time for a update on both my prism lighting science 315w cmh light autos and photo grows both in super soil

I just got done watering my plants in my tent and my closet grow both got a corn seed sprout tea with aloe vera powder and coconut water powder today it was mixed with 5 gallons of water and split between all the plants

I used

56 grams organic corn seed (weighed before sprouting)
1 teaspoon of aloe vera powder
1 teaspoon of coconut water powder

I also gave all 4 auto plants in my grow tent 2 tablespoons each plant of roots organic elemental powdered calcium and magnesium supplement in the form of a top dressing I watered it a little then scratched the top of the soil a little bit since the stuff sometimes likes to clog up the top layer of soil a bit

last I did my last round of lst on my huge ass photo plant in the closet just trying to make it as wide ans short as possible in the space its in it should bounce back in a day or two

the water I used was plain carbon filtered tap water (filtered water not R/O water) it was ph. to 6.2 with a mix of citric acid crystals (natural ph. down) and ascorbic acid powder and sodium ascorbic powder (both are vitamin C powders) that I use as ph. down and a dechlorinator and was bubbled for 24+ hours

the plants in my grow tent are under a prism lighting science 315w cmh are

2x San Francisco Sour Dough autos from top shelf elite one is in day [HASHTAG]#58[/HASHTAG] from sprout and day [HASHTAG]#51[/HASHTAG] from sprout
1x gorillagasm auto from top shelf elite in day [HASHTAG]#58[/HASHTAG] from sprout
1x Pineapple crack auto from top shelf elite in day [HASHTAG]#51[/HASHTAG] from sprout

the single photo plant in the closet under a prism lighting science 315w cmh is

1x lemon tooth photo period feminized from B-S-B genetics in day [HASHTAG]#14[/HASHTAG] of flower

here are my latest screen shots of my pulse nano data in action from my tent

db what is causing the "sawtooth" up and downs in your graphs? I know that between 6am and 8am the heater coming on in my house causes a little of that but you seem to have it all day/night?
