Indoor Promix, what should be added

Hey guys, this OF Im not liking alot. I cant get anything local but I found a nearby True Value That carries the LG big bales of ProMix, wondering what I should mix in if everyone thinks I should get it, and would it be good for starting seeds as well????? So if anyone has a good recipe for soil with promix it would be greatly appreciated.Dont know if it matters but I'll be using Nutes, The trio

You could follow FD`s soil mix. He uses the trio to water with too i think.

Promix is my base, and i add stuff from http://www.welcomeharvestfarm.com/products.htm, they have their stuff listed out by what you need. N, P, K. If you can`t find their stuff you could try to find their ingredients and make your own. I should get a commission from WHF lol, i send enough people there.

You can use straight up Promix without adding anything if you want. It's great for seed starting as well. Muddy has a good recipe if you wanna mix a few things in it.

I just started using pro mix and used what muddy suggested and that was blood or bone meal , worm castings , extra perilite , I also added some great white mycorise

That one of the beauties of Pro Mix, you can add as much or as little as you want. I've used a mix of worm castings, bone, blood, and kelp meals and epson salts. I've backed away that a little right now since I can't get bulk worm castings anymore and am doing my next grow in straight Pro Mix, so it will be up to me to supply everything the plant needs. More akin to doing a hydro grow.

Hey Muddy, do you mind sharing the mix with me? I realy dont like this OF, it drys out easy and It seems too hot with the nutes ontop of it.

ON TOPIC: My buddy does a mix of 50/50 promix to coco fiber and he attaches a dripper and uses a water res to drip for 15 min 3 times a day. he seems to have good results. oh and he uses the Canna line

Wow, thanks everyone! Still dont have a mix recipe yet...lol I lose attention reading long crap, I have bipolar disorder, so if someone could just put ingrediants and how much I would appreciate it. This OF is just to hot and dry for my taste

dont put anything in there other that your fert and maybe a little cal/mag a few times over the course of the grow...buy pro mix hb
