I get a kick about how many views you get according to the words you use in your title when you post.Anyway if any body has a home depot near you you might want to check them out.I just went to buy my fish fert and saw they had a clearence on promix organic one cubic ft bundles that are compressed and actually expand to two cubic ft when opened. They had two pallets of them for $2.30 each so i picked up ten bundels. The only difference between this and the ultamate organic mix is it does'nt have any sea based productin it but its pure organic with the growth enhancer mycorise added and it has more perlite than ther vegetable mix.Even at reg price its a lot cheaper than ffof that i paid almost twent bucks for a 1.5 cubic ft bag.I now have enough mix for my next grows for quite somtime.:peace::lol:

thanks for the tidbit. i recently stopped by my home depot just curious to see what they carry...all they had was the pro mix veg mix which i haven't used. I use the pro mix with the orange label, think it says mycorrhiza on it in big bold letters on it too.

I'll keep my eye out for this organic mix next time i hit up my hydro shop. I'm assuming it's much like Sunshine Advance Hydro mix. :bong:

Your right its the one with the orange label, somtimes you have to be at the right place at the right time to get a deal.Have a great day!!

i have a feeling home depot is going to discontinue selling pro mix...it must not sell the way they want because when i had gone in and inquired about the pro mix the girl asked another associate if they still had that pallet of pro mix or if it got sent back already, which makes me think that pallet is the last of the last and they don't plan on ordering anymore...

..would make sense why that organic mix you got was on sale, maybe it's the last of what they have?
