Looks like there are different ducks in yours and mine. If the history of the duckfoot is right they develop in different ways but got the same old parents. It's time for a big comparison grow.
Hey FD my friend@tobe This male here has my eye for a few reasons, the leaf to bud ratio is perfection and the flower clusters are nice an dense. I have seen that the density of the male flower clusters improves the female flower structure. When I look at a male I like to see how dense and populated his flowers are to improve the female flower.
Take a look at the crown of this male, the density and color were his main points of selection
You are right I read the same in the script from my grandfather and I talked to other Breeders they got the same experience.
