Can you post your recipe? I'm new to syrup lol. I use to make all kinds of eddies, now I normally just make gummies with rosin. I made some magical honey that was boarder line psychedelic. I'd take around 9am and at 4 it was still getting strong. Highest I've been without passing out lol. I then made syrup... maple syrup that's what I thought you were talking about hahaha. I may be able to help get this figured out. I got me lots of gadgets to aid. I have a lift to decarb either bud or concentrates, got a mbm2, and a tabletop distiller. These come in handy with cooking in the lab. I'm actually going to start to reclaim alcohol from tincture in a few mins. I then will put in something why not syrup. I believe that I could take rosin put into mbm2 and if your not familiar it's an emulsifier and blends the shit out everything. With the heat the rosin just melts into the honey/syrup. When done its fully incorporated into the honey/syrup, also use lecithin so gotta nix any water. Small amount of alcohol will thin it out so you could pour. When reclaiming I leave some alcohol behind to keep it fluid. The honey is a little thick, but just add some alcohol till its where you want it. Little more alcohol will add to the buzz hahaha. Lecithin will make the syrup have more bioavailability which will make you feel more stoned. Only thing is if you blend with water it becomes sludge so NO WATER when using lecithin. I learn the hard wasteful way. Stay lifted.
