Potassium deficiency or nute burn? HELP needed

:pass: Cheers bud, I see my mate TGB has cleaned up the crap left by that wanker and his retarded BS advise, which stained the carpet with in several other threads as well! - :pimphand:... I swear, it's like a crackhead got hold of a keyboard! :crying:

It's cool, I was laughing so hard at the 40ppm per week thing... Nevermind :) won't let one cracker stain what is a good forum with a good bunch of folks! :)

yeah, the LED light intensity/overload thing (not really heat, just photon blasting damaging the "machinery" in there) plus VPD, other potential tangles can make for odd symptom,s tougher diagnosis too,... what's happening with heavy transpiration tared driven by borderline VPD, low RH%, it that the water AND nutes are traveling the same highway, so as the plant is hauling water up like mad to keep pace with transpiration, nutes are coming with it,.. right at those teeth tips are larges vessels/plumbing, to often this is where a nute ion buildup will show by burning, when lower leaves less exposed are fine,.. heavy air movement across the tops magnifies this significantly, faster evaporation/transpiration, more "pull" from roots up and it snowballs from there! If symptoms aren't progressing, that's the tell....the bitch with K is both defc and minor toxicity show the same-- burned teeth tips! So, given your mild nutes, I'm figuring it's a lack of, even with the other factors... let's see what a couple days brings,...

Yea, I agree... Well... the Malana Bomb is slowing but my GSC is showing tip burn as well in a few places? I can shoot some pics for you if you could check them out? Mind if I PM you?

I basically pulled some of the badly effected crispy leaves off last night, not seeing any "new" areas as such but the ones with damage are regressing more a little bit. I guess they are done for right? Buds are still fattening up on the Malana Bomb but the GSC is still kind of slow, just started Week 7 (Day 49) today.

My GSC is also showing similar but milder signs of the same problem... Nutrient Burn or K deficiency? Pics below... @Waira and everyone else who may be able to help input on this issue...

Similar RH to the other girl and such (27C, 58 to 61% RH) Week 7 (Day 49) and flowering. Fed yesterday with only 900ml of feed as soil was a little damp still but almost dry...

Definitely a potassium deficiency try upping the next feed by just a little bit but be careful you don’t add too much. Autos don’t take as much nute feeding as much as a photo which I’m very sure you’re aware of. But if it’s a deficiency I’d try upping it just a bit not a whole lot. Toxicity you’d wanna back the potassium down a bit. Some strains tho do take to a bit more on nutes than others. For instance I’m lsd-25 and cream cookies love the feed I have them on but I’ve had to mix up a separate feed for my mamba negra because of a nitrogen toxicity causing some yellow tips and clawing. So for the two fb strains I’ve kept it at 1/2tsp of grow big And 1/4 tsp with a drop of floralicious plus which is a super concentrated feed to compensate what I may have backed too much on for the mamba negra. Everything else as far as the big bloom, cal-mag+1-0-0 and mammoth p has stayed the same.

Already on it! :) i am treating her the same as the Malana Bomb right now... I'd rather they are hungry than toxic issues tho... easier to fix. That said its week 7 (day 50) now... However the Malana has made an amazing recovery in just 3 days!

Check her out now....

thanks man :) and yes, every day, every hour... im keeping them in good check. Was first with auto's after years of growing photo periods... I read information that Autos dont like as much nutrients... it seems its nonsense... they LOVE them! :D

I start out at 1/4 dose then gradually move up after week 2 and if they don’t like it I back off next feeding but some strains take to doses differently.

So far with the GSC and Malana they just want MORE every feed... Once they got a taste for bloom that was it... off to the races! but yea... got to read the plants to get the best output for sure! :)

have you been doing any flushing. a nice flush can clean out unwanted toxins and give you a good restart on your soil. Do you feed every watering or every other watering?
