Hey all well I had this so called vaporizer for a month or 2 now just wanted to put in a word or 2 about it its a 4 piece tube which screws apart the bottom part is a torch lighter next is a air chamber with a steel grill that keeps the flame back but still produces heat, then the top part where you put sum goody goody at just behind that is a activated carbon filter then the plastic mouthpiece.
I dont know if I would call it a vaporizer...but really depends how low the goods are and high the flame is..but does make a wonderful pipe still not as harsh as a conventional pipe. The smoke that comes out is nice diff then papers and my other pipes. Gets a lil hot but cools down quik. I love Jem in it.. fukkin incense, Auto WW nice could still be coughee, La Blanca smooth operator, Easy Ryder fruitfull, Onyx - Lung Buster take small tokes, my smallest AK lung buster Dangerous in this pipe take it slow, My Amazon AK Smoooth love it.
I found taste and effect to be a lil different then my paper and pipe trials..I like it to test my goods...It seems after some time the carbon filter can get clogged this can go away with just leaving the torch on for a lil..and wiping the black tar away. The seller said they sell extra carbon filters so this is good. After seeing this thread, I got on ebay and ordered a couple of these ...thought they'd be a novelty gift for a friend...got'em yesterday....accepted my Ronson butane well and fired right up...adjusting the burner is a MUST....The screen where ya set ya weed is not fine enough but that's easily fixed by using a mesh screen like ya sometimes use in a glass pipe...
This is a neat little device but NOT a vaporizer...it's more like burning ya 'erb with a torch and sucking the vapors through a small (mostly ineffective) charcoal filter....oh I'm sitting here now blazed as heck messing around with this device so it does work....as soon as ya click the lighter, smoke is coming out the chimney...if I use this thing much, I'll put a whip on it.....
At 11 bucks apiece, it is a neat gadget...not stealthy whatsoever.....but works....a couple improvements IMO would be a small ceramic element between the torch and weed area and an easier adjustment on the torch....heck I had to go fine my 'old man' glasses......
My bottom line take on it is.....novelty ....but it is what it is.....kinda neat....

yes a novelty but a nice one I havent put it down nice in my pocket when im around the house or yard pull it out and suck that pen...lol..I dont put herb on the screen though. I put it in the lil chamber before the charcoaldoesnt burn as quik..Ill have to save up for that mflb or ask someone to get it for me for Xmas...hmm

I think this charcoal filter is good n bad...good for catching the bad stuff in the smoke...if it really does that..bad for it clogs a bit too quick, activated charcoal is used to get rid of odors right? so I think that also works in the smoke exhaled..I found that it doesnt smell as danky in the house after..at first the taste was weird then good now bad with all the trapped tar in the charcoal as the charcoal heats up then you get a mix of the tar and bud..the tar by itself still gave me a lil head..but I just removed the charcoal piece and damn it hits hard now...gotta be creful with it now..I was wondering do you know f a way to clean the charcoal piece? Soaking it in alcohol or boiling it or salt..? I did like the lil resistance to hitting it with the char. when its not clogged but with none it a lung buster..if you know of anyway to clean much app.

I've purchased a couple of these in different configurations for gifts to some smoking buds...all the upper attachments fit all the other torches too so it's kinda neat......ordered replacement charcoal too....They definitely are a good little hitter but the smell of use is pretty strong in a home that has NO smokers at all. Careful with that.....Have to stick with my MFLB for inside stealth.
I bought pipe screens and inserted one over the "not so fine screen" so I could smoke finely ground herb....but put 'roughage' in upper part....

thought about getting extra charcoals but was thinkn I prob could clean it poss..well smell in the house isnt to bad at least with what I have to choke on..I have a couple diff buds that def ar too dankish..working on a odor neutrilzer it seems to work nobody is smelling anything
