I have two questions:

1. What have you given the plant in the past two days?
2. Has the pot dried out?

The last feeding was bottled water with no notes 3 days ago and the first time I did not check ph.

I usually wait for pot to dry out slightly before feeding but I doubt that's the problem.

Plant looks healthy. I'd say overwatered based on the leaves and stems bending down indicating they're too full of water. Have you checked your vpd?

Stems stiff but leaves droopy, over water...stems and leaves droop, underwater.......looking at size of pot and your statement of watered 3 days ago......give her some water, they can really increase water usage as they get bigger...
As long as you attend it fairly quickly it should bounce back without much if any long term damage. Have had that happen before, going along fine then boom, all of a sudden they wanted twice as much liquids as before.

I have had plants that could use 2 gallons of water a day. She is dying of thirst.

How much water did u give her ? And what is your normal practice? U said that u wait for the medium to dry out before u water….how much do u normally give?? One more thing, what size is that pot? And if u ever get any runoff, where does it go?
