Please Help

brought some auto seeds online and was sent a free og kush auto seed but i hadnt got any spare pots so i cut the top off a 2.5litre bottle of spring water and cut some drainage holes in the bottom and wrapped foil around the bottle to stop light causing algae to spread around the bottle anyway i planted the og kush, its just over 2 and a half weeks old but the roots have started to grow through the drainage holes at the bottom, what is the best solution to this. I have uploaded 2 pics below to show the bottle i am growing it in

Not too sure but maybe with the light hitting the roots, they may die off where they are sticking out of the pot, they do outdoors anyway

They will just air prune themselves. No worries! This is a rock wool block that has a plastic wrap that has been removed and you can see how the root came out the bottom and then stop.
