Lighting Please Help

Is there anyway I could of caused this, or could it of been just a male seed?

Heights or cob spacing is never a one size fits all. Unfortunately. I wish is was easier but to maximize the best way to run them is to start slightly higher around 30” in veg and 24” in flower. From here it’s best to watch the plant and see how they react. Back to the one size fits all. Some growers have the cobs inches away while others see stress at 24”. The variables are overwhelming. If you ever find yourself running out of space you can shrink the distance to help prevent stretching and also learn to bend the plants. Doing this opens up the lower bid sites and helps give you a more even canopy which is very beneficial. A lot of growers are high stress training and while I know it’s possible I don’t think it’s beneficial to do so. Any stress will slow the plants growth. The less stress the less it slows. Getting the result you want with the least stress wins.
Hope this helps!

One way that I've learned to combat this with the cobs that I got from Cobshop.net is to lst plants that don't even need it. I low stress train everything, even bushy indicas. I do it to have an even canopy but also to avoid them from stretching too tall. Adding a blue light in veg helps prevent unnecessary stretch also. @BigSm0 your advice has been really solid over the years. From your lights to your strain recommendations. You've never steered me wrong. When I get a bigger tent and need more cobs, I know where I'm going. Thanks!
