Hello again all. Another question for y'all. My 2 widow Ryder's which are 6" in height and bushy are growing heathy. The 150w hps is approx 10" from top. Should I adjust the light height to try and make them stretch more? I have no info on this strain. Any help would be appreciated.

I am using two 150w HPS for my current grow. At first I was keeping the lights about 10-12 inches above the plants. I was getting good growth, but not as much as I had anticipated. So I lowered them to the point they were almost too hot to the back of my hand. I have had explosive growth since. I am currently at 3.5" inches from the top cola. :)

It is amazing was these little 150s can do. Just get em' as close to the plants as possible without burning them.

Picture was taken outside in natural light, but the plants have been grown inside under 150s.

Let's see some pictures of your babies!

If you can LST them a bit, you can get the light close to more flowering sites. Not just the top cola.

Torch404- I know I should have already done this, but space and such is prohibiting this. :(

Just turned 4 weeks today. All parameters in the reservoir are good.maybe I'm just a nervous first dad

Don't be too nervous Steamer..lol

You're pretty much at the stage where they will start putting on some height.

They will stretch out for a couple weeks then start packing on the bud

Ok one widow is male one is female. Had a buddy come by and take a look? Should I just let them do their thing and get some seeds?
