new to this sort of stuff, have read alot of stuff on the net that say 12-16 is 12 on or off is it dose not state it :cry:

for photo period plants the veg stage would 18 on 6 off, and when u are ready to flower them u would change them to 12 on 12 off, the veg stage can also be on 20 on 4 off, but to flower any photoperiod plant u need to reduce the amount of light hours to copy what happens in nature, hope this helps
