Indoor ph run off problems help please!

Have a look at my recent post, ive wrote up a report on what 2 of them were fed today.
From what im reading on allot of posts with bio bizz is people getting the water down to 6.5 and then adding everything. The ph goes down when you add ya goodies. I was the same untill i started to check the ph of the water just before feeding and my ph was down to 5.8
Always ph to 7 imo.
I am adding more bloom and alg a mag than you which may make the ph differ but im on day 32-33 and its not burnt them at all. my effin problems hermis right now. bastard things lol
Hermis no way what you gona do mate? Also i do the same as you i leave my tap water for 24hrs when i add my nutes the ph goes to 6.5-6.4 the only reason im ajusting the water to 6.8-7.0 is to try get the soil run off back in range then back to normal :peace:

I just see what mix and nutes ya using mate. Lil heads up to how i do my thing and it mihht help you out later on.
My tap water comes out at 8.5 and dont drop much left over night so just before i go to feed them i ph down the water. I only have to add 0.5ml of this stuff to get me to a ph of 7.0.
According to bio bizz thats the magic number.
Once i have 7.0 i then add the nutes. Add the alg a mag and top max, and the ph falls to 6.5
Im not to sure what the top max does to the ph and it seems thats the only thing we have differnt.
Maybe this helps, maybe not but seeing as we use the same stuff i thought id share

That's more or less what i do dude! using biobizz 2, after bubbling my tap water for 48hrs its 8.2 i then lower to 7 add my fish mix and bloom and it comes out at 6.5 ish goes through soil and runoff is 6.2 / 6.3 :D

I thought by top feeding i.e sprinkling on top takes allot longer to break down, by adding it to the water im sure it would be more readly avalible. Plus by sprinkling over once its in there you have no real way of gauging how much was needed. By monitoring how much you add by water your taking more control.
My 2 pennys worth. :)

That's why i sprinkle at the very start! But as Squid pointed out makes sense to add to water for faster results

well so far ive only seen a few nut sacks so checking morning and night to see whats happening. If it gets to much ill pull them out and germ out 2caramel creams to replace them.
Im hoping it dont come to that but id rather have summit to replace the ones lost than not.
Ill have to go over whats left if im adding new plants in as well. Tbh its a nightmare, but a learning curve and one ive never had to come across before.
I would agree with squid for now tho. just flush them with the water a little higher and it should balance out. adding shit now wont do much good if any.
im baffled by people saying soil buffers the soil. if you can keep the run off at 6.5 rather than low or high the charts speak for themselfs. best of luck mate

lol yeah i bubble my water over night. Seems to have a possitive effect hey. My ladys seem allot bigger this time.
But that could he a number of things. For me its working well lol.
You thinking the same by adding air to the water you oxygenating the water so the roots can use it ?

Lol oh yeah dude! ;) defo beneficial to the roots in so many ways i have bn getting better results when used with air pots! :smoke:
