:dunno: if this has anything to do with the bodies PH or not, but I use to get crippling cramps in my legs that would last for minutes. I've had the cramps my entire life. Anyway, one day I was at my doc. office and mentioned my terrible leg cramps to him. He told me to get Magnesium Oxide pills, 400mg. and take 2 a day. I did and man did it help. But I still had those cramps every now and again. So he doubled my Mag. to 1600 mg. a day. Cramps are gone. I couldn't believe it....
I mean those cramps would put me on the ground, they hurt so bad. I was always told that it was my potassium that was out, but it wasn't. It was my MG.... Not saying that my ph had nothing to do with it, but still. It's such a great feeling not having leg cramps any more. "My 2 cents"
