Old Reviews Ph pen/meter advice please.

I'm in need of a little advice as to what kind of Ph pen/meter to purchase. I'm still using drops because my current Ph meter is a big fat liar. Its a cheap, non user friendly POS. I think it hates me. Maybe its jealous of the ppm pen. I think I even overheard it planning a coup d'état with the retired junk soil tester. but seriously what is a good meter for under $75.?

I use Eco tester 3.0. It was $80 at hydro store so prob a lot cheaper online

Do you know if that model requires Hannah brand of calibration and storage solution?

Works awesome.
45 bucks.

I have a 200 dollar Meter that I don't use.
All the previous suggestions are good, but this one is a bit cheaper I think and works great.

no it does not, any calib. fluid will work, along with storage solution....

Thank you everyone for your input. I now have a starting point thanks to y'all. Before I was pretty damn confused as there are so many out there. As soon as whatever comes in this current POS is getting mashed.

Just make sure it has 3 way calibration. They all might I don't know

I've found just a one point calibration to be fine most times (7.01)
2 point is plenty. 3 point is just more fluids to buy.
4.01 and 7.01 2 point calibration is good.
