Not having much luck with my 4 assed monkey seeds. I have 1 more to try if it doesn't germ I will be dropping another Rocbud. Legend Berry.
3, 4 assed monkey and 1, 3 bog did not germ this time.

FWIW, my buddy had a hard time getting 4Assed monkey to germ. The only Mephisto strain that I had consistent problems germing was The White Train. It was definitely older stock. I believe you are in Canada and weather is getting colder, so make sure you have your Seed Starting area up to temp. 80-85F. If I is below 75F, don't germ seeds until you fix tge temps. It ia the single most important thing. If you are having troubles there are a few things that you can try. You can use a little H2O2 and soak seed in Water with a drop of H2O2 overnight to help soften the shell and it helps with oxygenation of the water. You can put sandpaper in a Film container or pill bottle and shake your seeds in it to scuff the seeds, allowing for faster germ on tough seeds. The Original batch of 4 Assed Monkey and 3BOG are decently old by now. Seeds can just go bad over time and if not stored properly. I would give my suggestions a go. But I truely believe those 2 Strains could be old stock. They gave a lot of people 3BOG as freebies on orders, meaning they were older stock and they wanted to get rid of them. Knowing they could be old, it is even more important that your temps are steady and between 80-85F for optimal results. Good luck, peacez slowandeasy

Thanks for that. my temp are around 77-79, I will increase. These are the only ones I have had issues with.

The only ones I had a hard time with were the Strawberry nuggets, I went 0 for 2 so far.
I am still a huge Memphisto fan and I will try a different strain.

I had a 24 c germ and then not come up but ruled that as my fault, this 4 assed monkey it took 3 to get 1. I still have 1 in pt. been there for 10 days. Mephosto told me sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks.

Idk bc I'm having trouble with mine and cracking and I've germed @least 20 others with zero fails one cracked but that was basically it I just germed my last one out of the 3 I had. One grew but was super unhappy so I killed her.

I think Mephisto's stock is getting a little old. They will be back soon. I love their gear.

Idk. I had 5 out of 6 beans not work out for me with the 24 carat. And ive talked to a few others with problems.

Agreed. And the way it sounds is they will be better than ever with there new setup. Only matter of time before cc is good to go

Hoping we get some new strains soon. 50/50 ind/sat are nice.
