Salutations Mr Grim Prince of Reefer and welcome to the party....
Thank you for the question but you are a naughty boy.... It is covered with a better photo in one of my previous threads....
However since the King is in a benevolent mood and you are a fine long standing positive contributing member of this wonderful cyber kingdom rather than invoking declaration number 5 of the party rules:
5.) Questions that are answered in my previous sticky threads will be answered as Read The Stickies or RTS for short etc..
The King has broken his morning feast and utilised the royal photo taking apparatus and captured a further photo for better demonstration and clarification....
Here for your pleasure...

Notice how the tips of the new growth leaves have developed narrowing or a waist if you like and a lighter greeny yellow colouration, this is different from the burning of the tips often seen with overfertilisation. The fact that it is happening at just the new growth is indicative of some kind of trace element deficiency which usually occur at the top of the plant with new growth. Rather than simply identify the single deficiency it is easier to add a complete mix such as GHE Bio Essentials or Canna Mono Trace for example... along with some Cal/mag to keep things in balance...
Hope this helps Mr Naughty Grim Prince of Reefer.
