could the soil be too hot if so what do yall recommend as a starter soil ?

my new plans was to germinate some new seeds in jiffy pellets once roots show i will plant them directly in 1 or 2 gallons i want them short so im goin with 2 gallons maybe 3 gallons but i will put them in some happy frog with supersoil at the very bottom and top dress with some super soil once it flowers

Your seedling looks just fine. They always seem slow at first but it will pick up little by little.

yeah I agree with nam, she looks just fine, very healthy colour, I was expecting a yellowing leaved dwarf after reading your post, but after seeing the picture, wow, she is one lovely looking seedling. Nothing too worry about mate.

thanks i wasnt sure what to think because i thought autos dont like nutrient rich soils til after sex

nah bro, they usually don't,. I normally use light mix soil to seed mine in. Keep your eye on her tho just in case, if she starts yellowing at the tips of her new leaves and produces very light green growth, you will know when you see it. She will look sick, then transplant into lighter soil if you can.
But at the moment mate, she looks really strong and loving your soil.
Goes to show that not all strains are 'feed intolerant' at early stages.
Nice one, I may even try that strain myself now. Good luck with it bro.
