I think this is a pheno' thing, a mate in the Outdoor Comp had a PAK that grew very oddly, and full of leaves, poor bud development,.. not anything he did, likely you too unless maybe there was tragic N toxicity long term, which I don't see at all,.... do what you can with proper bloom feeds, likely nothing will improve the bud:leaf much....she might be a hash/extract girl!
