NEWS Oregon State Fair to feature marijuana plants

Oregon leading the charge in common sense.

Jealous of you guys across the pond, in certain states.

Is there still a black market for weed in Oregon and CO etc etc?

I'm interested in knowing wether legalisation has had an effect on black market demand, prices and such.

I don't know if there has been any downturn in business for the "un-licensed vendors" or not but there is still a thriving market for them.
I'd be willing to bet any data reported would depend on source.
Law enforcement agencies wanna keep their military hardware and ability to seize assets so I'd expect em' to say no there hasn't been.
The news media is going to regurgitate whatever their twitter accounts lead em' to believe.

Meself, can't say.

I wonder how tall the greenhouse will be or if they will be introducing any fiber varieties on display for density, oil content, high CBD vs THC, or terpenoids.
Seeded vs Sensi. Ruderalis autoflower strains. Indica or Sativa photos.
Take into account all the products you can make from it and many growing styles for showcase.

I am sure there is one here in Oregon. I live on the southern coast of Oregon and our town(pop 9,200 or thereabouts) so for my particular area I would say it has helped the black market. The dispensaries charge up to 16 a gram and we live in a lower income area. The stuff for the most part on the black market is below average it is what gave me the idea to start growing instead of spending 300.00 a month on crap weed. I would say further north like Eugene and Portland is where the big black markets are.

Nope--- they are showing growers veg plants - nothing in flower. I saw pots from 5 gallons to super huge.

Meh. Let me know when I can enter one of my babies and win a ribbon!

Well, here on the eastern side of the state (or Baja Idaho), the black market is pretty much all there is for recreational use. If you want legal recreational weed, you grow it. Hey, I can take a hint...

Dropped by the fair last weekend and had some fun, scoped out some dope and it was pretty decent it gives me hope (and I noticed some plants had begun to flower actually).
