I have the 6" Can Fan Pro Max Fan you mentioned. It is more powerful, has higher flow rate (410) , than many/most in its class; is very quite (with a Phresh muffler), with the only/most noise being a soft 'whir' when as the turbine spins-up; and has a speed controller built-in (and I've at most used the medium setting in a larger, 12.5 sq. ft., tent, formerly with near 1000 watts LEDs, now with AuoCOBs I cut back power use about 40%).

If you want a thermostat (which is way better than trying to balance fan speeds using manual speed controls), I suggest use a digital controller, not an ancient (-looking; mechanical?) Titan thermostat, which also look to cost much more. I use the Lux WIN100 "programmable outlet" thermostat (usually in $30 range). I have it set that when temp. goes 1 degree above my set. temp., the fan comes on, and turns off when temp. goes 1 degree below my set temp. Works great; never have to worry about tent getting too hot.

WOW!! The space looks absolutely amazing.

Love the sticker sir!

You may want to remove the reflectors temporarily too. They definitely increase the light at the canopy level.

Thanks! I will take you up on the reflector suggestion. I hadn't considered that.

Thanks for the info on the fan. It's definitely a future upgrade for me. My Apollo fan is working great for half the price right now, but I do have to keep it on high, and I'd really like everything quieter.

I'm rocking a similar digital thermostat. I think this one was $30 as well. I keep it set to cut on at 83 and shut off when it reaches 80. I think it's saving quite a bit of power.

And the Can Fan Max Pro just seems the best deal out there. It's better constructed/engineered than other competing fans (with it the top of the line from the biggest fan maker); and the 6-inch/420 cfm model (which will allow you to run on low, medium if you see a need) can be found on sale in the US for as low as $150 delivered.

Day 14:
The girls are looking great... except the Daiquiri Lime :/

She's keeping up height wise and has lots of new growth- just not quite as much.
It's hard to tell in the pic but the discoloration is a paler green and isn't dry or crunchy.
I'm considering culling her, but I'm gonna give her another week and see if she's still having problems on new growth. Her light is at 24" and no reflector. Waiting the get an EDS meter and a Ph tester to troubleshoot further.

The Think Bigs are loving it though.

Today all four got their first feeding @ 1mL/L of AN Sensi Grow Coco.

Thanks for looking!

Day 18-
Looking good!
I think the daiquiri's discoloration is either a Ph issue or a root issue. I'm leaning towards a root issue but I'm not sure.
This is the best lighting I've ever had in a tent and I'm absolutely loving the results so far. They're just so tight and happy looking :)

Anyway! Pics!

Day 22

They're blowin up!
The Daiquiri lime issues seem to be resolved at this point.

Suffered a tiny bit of nute burn after so I've stepped it back.

Also- and this is the weirdest most exciting part-
I was already having odor issues when the fan would shut off via the thermostat plug reaching 80* so I decided I would set the target temperature to 77* and turn the fan speed down, causing it to run all the time- hence causing negative pressure and carbon filtration to be constants so that the odor issue would be resolved.

That's when I realized the lower I took the fan speed- the more efficiently it would cool!!!

Blew my mind. Before I couldn't get it under 79* on high speed. Now I have it turned all the way down and it will reach as low as 77*- typically maintaining around 78*

What's up with that?!?

heat rises so by circulating the air will often rise the temp. i'm in southern Australia at the moment with outside temps 12 *C and starting a grow with T5s, my space was only 20*C. Add a small fan now space is 23*C.

your plants will slow down with lower temps. try to stay above 80f...
