OLD SAGE SEEDS ( ACID PATCH KIDS ) TEST/REVIEW

I found balls and blooms on one of the three APK-11s today. It's the only male, so I feel fortunate. I hated to pull it, and even considered transplanting it and putting away some pollen for a non-rainy day but decided to just toss it. The other two are definitely females, so I should be able to harvest two plants in one 20-gallon pot.

I gifted the Miracle Bud to a visiting relative who wants to start growing on her balcony in Arizona. I stunted it putting it outside a little bit early for this climate, but expect her to get close to an ounce and that's not bad for a first grow.

I also gave her advice for a living soil water-only grow. Her thumbs have no trace of green and she was worried that having to measure nutes and keep notes wouldn't work for her and I concur - because it doesn't really work for me either. I have another relative who is an expert grower but advised her on a complicated grow that she doesn't feel up to.

Def a fem and doing well. Slower than her sister bit then again I think she spouted later. The side branching is a bit tough for me i think because I top and lst all the way through the veg phase to try and get light down deep. I had to cut out a few lower/slower branches and leaves to try and open her up and get her to stretch a bit.

Hey now,
Still here. Last batch was boys and I still have to drop the last three beans. The boys looked great so I’m looking forward to the girls. Hope to get them in this weekend.

APK-11 Days 42/34. Not large by any stretch but they are actually IN stretch now. I'm hoping the cold slowed them down but most likely they're severely stunted. Anyway if I get more than 1/2 ounce from them it's still worth it given "my patients'" consumption rate. It could be that a SOG grow outside is my best bet.

Don't take my experience as typical of this strain. It still gets in the low 30s (F) outside at night here. Not freezing, but cold enough to bring out the survival features of Ruderalis. Or as my predictive keyboard says, Ruder Alisa. In two weeks it will start being upper 50s most nights until harvest so they will hopefully triple in size.

They're still covered every night.

The oldest one is closer to the camera and still in the lead.

Edit: They grew an inch last night. I'm getting more optimistic about the size.
