Day 79 is chop day. Apk 12 was a pleasure to grow. Has a had a couple different smells throughout the grow. First smells were just like juicy fruit gum but now at harvest she has a more gassy funk with fruity in the background. I'll give a report when she is dried and cured.

APK#11 - Havest

Well the final weigh in is here, 204g of herb in the Grove Bags. Unfortunately most of the bud is larfy. I think the combo of high heat that lead to foxtailing and going too easy on the nutrients during the grow has lead to the loose buds. Still a good smoke that has that sour spice taste at the end.

So I processed about an ounce of flower into some dry ice hash. I basically filled a large Mason jar but unfortunately didn't weigh it before.

I ground up the bud and put it into a Mason jar along with a couple hand fulls of dry ice pellets. I have a magic butter kit with 3 filters, 26, 72, and 220. I decided to go with the 72. After about 30 minutes of shaking, I got 26g of some nice blond hash. Tastes fantastic and def does the do.

Finally got a chance at another run, the last one being all male. One bean popped so let’s hope, I really want this one to work.

I gotta say the APK was dense hard nugs and hints of grapefruit, very creamy smoke. It was a favorite and like so it’s gone. Defínely will be getting some more (not sure if it’s out yet) .. it was a pleasure growing and smoking this strain thank you once again @Old Sage Seeds
