Ok, So all the way through my (first) lowryder2 grow things have been sweet, Survived transplant, Fan leaves and growth seemed quite spiffing in general. Now this...A month into her life and this is happening. The trim/sugar leaves seem to be drooping quite uncontrollably. Color is fine and the fan leaves seem to be ok, What could cause such a thing? Not using nutes as there is still ample supply in the soil, Using 2x45w cfl's with 2 fan's blowing in air and such and i'm watering when the top 2" of soil is dry.. I'm at a loss as everything was going so well!!!!
Please help :)
Loves!

Hi Phunky, relax :D your all good mate, it happens on a lot of plants, something to do with the light reflecting off the leaves below and around, never had it turn into anything other than a lovely bud. Test the heat levels by putting your hand just above the plant when light is on and if yer hand gets too hot ye might wanna move light up a bit to reduce the intensity but you should be alright. If anything i'd through in as many extra CFL's as you can rig up for extra lighting as 2 plants under 90w of cfl isn't going to give a lot of smokable bud at the end.

Oh forgot to mention that I'm keeping them on a 24 hour light cycle so may need to get abit more cool air in there. Wow, Really riz? that's a load off ones mind! Yeah i'm planning on getting two more 45w's tomorrow to get things really cooking! Thanks man, Made my day lol. Will keep a close eye on things just in case
Peace!

Howdy Phunky with a "Ph" - I use LED because of the heat issues--Black Star brand is excellent and at a good price (UK?). If you are using a closet or cabinet allow some air to circulate from both ends either under or from sides (helps with co2). Use thermometer and watch critical temp at over 80 F. You can also open a window if heat rises too much for a few minutes to dissipate it. You already have fans. Heat will make the leave droop as moisture is pulled off the leaves--this can even happen with the LED if it is too close. They will be aok. That is why the big time hydro growers have $1000.00 + electric and a/c bills a month in a self contained grow area. Your second pic is out of focus--I would like to see your plant I'm porno for auto pics . I will post some of my new ones tonight--probably out-of-focus:eek:. Riz is right--the hand trick is probably all you need.

Your plants appear to be fine at this point...LR2 is a very hardy strain and can handle a bit of drying out better than a flood. Ya didn't mention size of medium you're using....Fan leaves appear to be handling temps fine so keep it on 24/0 if possible. As riz said....more energy to feed on, the better results.
Good luck on ya grow....LR2 is a fair bud to burn.
