In short yeah it can happen. It’s better to take a clone and stagger the two. Flip the sprayed one first, about a week or so ahead of the receiving plant.

Like FullDuplex said, It works best with two clones.
Just have two clones with their roots well established. Take your reversal clone and spray it on the night ya flip it. Spray your ends where your buds will be and spray at the main stem where those branches meet. Spray every other night.
Twenty20 says Spray the plant every other day at lights out for a total of 4 sprays. I think I did 5. Flip your receiver fourteen to 18 days after you start the reversal.

I think their spray works quite excellent! I got an absolute full reversal and it did produce quite a bit of Pollen. My pollination technique was quite simple. I just wacked my reversed with a stick of bamboo. It made a cloud!

A couple of days you'll see some brown pistils pop up. Once you see that you can trash your reversed. Let your pollinated girls run long. Give it the most opportunity for the seeds to mature.

I kind of overdid it though.
