Have you tried your herbs in vaporizers? The terp profiles of your Nymphos must be crazy in a good one. I really prefer vaporizers over combusting for flavors...and my throat won't withstand a blunt or joint or pipe hit nowadays after having stopped using fire for several years... so not only would it hurt like hell, to me it would taste like burnt grass regardless of how tasty it actually is -yep, i've smoked grass, stupid teenager shit.
Yes I have vape it only a couple of times. The taste is even better. But I’m with you on disliking the burnt grass taste. If it tastes bad, I don’t smoke it.

I found that some strains just taste bad.
Also i prefer to cure between 58-55 hr. IMO, 62 rh has too much moisture in it, so the hot steam will burn your throat. Plus it takes much longer to cure. Mind you 55 rh will have less flavor.
Grow medium, flavor enhancers, or anything that you put in the pot, will effect your final taste. Coco coir has a really clean, neutral taste. To me, it allows you to taste more of the plant instead of the “soil”.
I have been told that my stuff has too clean of a burn, by people who like the “earthy” dirt taste . Those are mainly people who smoke cigarettes, and have grown accustomed to the dirty taste.
My plants have so much flavor and terps, that people think it’s fake. I laugh at them, because they really think that I’m pouring something on the bud or bagging it with fruits. I tell them you can’t fake good smoke. If that’s the case, why do their smoke not taste like mine.
Here is another good point. Do you notice how yellow my plants are? I do that to eliminate having to leach the chlorophyll from my bud. I under feed so I don’t have to go through the hassle of doing it at the end of my grow. Timing is everything. Some of the crosses go longer than the Nympho, so I have adjust my technique for them.
i don’t know if you have access to the green swisher sweet. It’s has a very neutral flavor as well. That green Pom Pom taste like crap. I keep them around for the cigarette smokers.
i haven’t found a cigarette paper that I like. They taste horrible to me. Like smoking out the phone book. Lol. Can you recommend a good vaporizer. ? One that has a great taste and will last for a while.
