Hi again!

Long time no see, auto community!

The dwarf pheno sour60 medicine is dwindling, so I figured it might be time to start over!

This time thing's aren't going so well.

Around 4/25 I germ'd my six pack of UKCheese's NYLD F2.
They popped through soil around 4/28, making these 2.5 weeks or so old.

The first two weeks they were given insufficient light, and an unknown soil concontion of perlite, vermiculite, seed starter mix and FFOF. They're in 16oz. party cups, but something isn't going well. They look stunted (sure hope not, I'd like to make seeds!) The leaves are curled and warped, light green in color and feel dry/brittle.

They were under a single 42w 2700k CFL with varied lighting for the first week due to my unstable grow location. For week two, they were placed under a single T5.
Now they are in a stable home under my 150w HPS and next to my 149w CFL power strip. The light stays on 24/0 and temps fluctuate from 65*F to 78*F depending on the outdoor weather and day/night. (They're in my basement)

Any advice? You'd think that after my fourth round with auto's I'd have things down, but this new strain threw me for a loop. (Not to mention my half-ass'ed start) Do they need to be flushed? Transferred to bigger pots?
Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are the pictures.
The six bigger plants are the NYLD. The four smaller seedlings are some more dwarf Sour60 I started as a backup medicine plan.

I grew a lemon pheno diesel Ryder. It hated nutes. Have you feed them anything? At what Ph?

My best guess would say they are a bit over watered causing some nute lockout. Seems strange though, as you've done a good # of grows allready

Agree with bailer... when they're not under the HPS, it just shows them being a little droopy... what I see when I water too often. It shouldn't take long for the FFOF to dry out enough to know.

Other than that, the temps seem a little on the low side. It doesn't look too serious, either way. To me, the plants really don't look bad. :peace:

Thanks for the help everyone. Here is a little update.

The NYLD have all been repotted, and found a new home. They're still under 150w hps, with an additional 253w of 2700k CFL for a total of about 403 watts. Not bad for considering the 4 tier mini greenhouse I grow in is only 19" x 27", about 3.5 sq. ft.

They're looking healthier since transplant, but unfortunately I have 4 confirmed males, one confirmed female, and one unknown that will probably be a female.

Onto some pictures.

First pic is of my setup with lights on. Fan blowing upward from the ground, and temps stay between 70 and 81F.

Again, lights on. Here is a rundown of the plants.
White container, back left is unknown NYLD.
The other white container is a NYLD male, along with the two in square pots and the one in a half gallon milk jug in the right rear.
The clear container between the white jugs is the female.

In front, I have started 4 sour60 seeds. 2 in 16oz cups and 2 in small round planters, probably 20oz or so. They're cruising nicely.

Again, NYLD left to right... unknown, female, male.

A shot of the four sour60's. Theyll be repotted within the next couple days.

A shot of the 4 NYLD males. Not sure which I will be using to make seeds with yet.

Lots of lights and plants in there. ;)

Clear containers can cause some issues that can be avoided up by wrapping it with duct tape. :2cents:

Your plants have a good start. That can go a long way toward the success of your grow. You'll get help if you need it... everybody's rootin' for ya'. :peace:

Update - 5/23

Of the NYLD 6 pack, I ended up with 2 females and 4 males. Its time to choose which male and female I will be using to make seeds with. I had a wonderfully detailed post all ready to submit, but something went wrong and I lost it, so this post will be concise.

Pictures.

The NYLD males.

I am leaning toward choosing the thicker, healthier and more vigorous male in the white tropicana jug. It has the best smell, stem thickness, and healthy thick indica dom leaves.

The two NYLD females. The one in the white container was a slow growing runt, but has just showed sex and is quite healthy. Which should I choose to makes seeds with?

In other news, I've transplanted the 4 sour60's. Hope they show sex by Sunday.

Here's the cabinet. 150w HPS plus 156w CFL lighting up 2 NYLD females, 4 NYLD males, and 4 sour60's in it right now (males not in pictures)

I plan to put my chosen female/male together, isolated outdoors to do their thing and hopefully make 100+ seeds.

I will leave 1 NYLD female under the light as well as the female sour60's.

So, which female would you choose to make seeds? Which male?

Thanks all.
Hope I don't loose all this text again.

Cheers!:tiphat:
