Nutrient burn from vermifire

...what size solo cup, 16oz? Auto's drop roots fast, lots going on below when above seems slow! they will be out of that solo cup mild soil too quickly; 24-32oz will be better,... transplanting is OK, but it needs to be done at just the right time and size relative to the pot,.. you want good roots developed, but not cramped, to hold the soil together while you transplant; this takes some skill and experience to gauge though, no set timing, size or method per se,.... though I don't recommend that root ball dipping, as it will cause damage and stunt the plant.. impact isn't as bad on post sexing/early bloom as it is during veg' but yield loss is likely,...
...again, the faded color of the lower leaves is not nute burn, that's the Mg defc. mainly,.... wait a couple days on the feeds, bloom nutes for those in flower, and start with dilution by half,... a root tonic or something is okay now, just not anything with much N=P=K in it, until the roots heal up some,...

Promix and GF are very different mediums... Promix is "soilless", mostly just peat, little to no nutrient amendments; GF is a true soil, and a fairly rich one from the looks of the ingredients,... Either is fine, but with promix, you have to feed and supplement sooner, and more often, with more complete nutritional profile supplements,...
Huh,.. the seedlings look cooked somehow,.. what lights are you using, and how far away? And what's your water source? Any idea of it pH and hardness (mineral content)?

Tap water it's pH is always 7. I have a air-cooled hood with 1000 w hps bout 36 inchs away from tallest plants. It has its own account always about 76-79f.

And yes 16 oz solo with bottom cut off

.... test that Promix for pH,.. another good buddy here has had some troubles with it on occasion, a bad batch basically,... something is funky in there, could be pH, or something else we can't test for,... I recommend the Accurate 8 soil ph probe for in-pot measurements,... otherwise you have only the dubious and PITA run-off test,...actually, this early on, you can do a slurry test with your pH meter (calibrated recently?)... make up a small batch of soil, say a pint of Promix, same of non-pH adjusted water.. let it sit for an hour, then drain off the liquid and test that,...

I will be buying the accurate 8. And I appreciate everyone's help. They seem to be growing and getting happy again. I have been folier feeding with calmag and started nutes at1/4 strength. The seedlings are still yellow but I need to get the accurate 8 to see if it's pH. I posted some updated pics as well!

I also raised the light as the largest ones grew a good 4-5 inch's and I seen some tip curling on the top

Something is definitely wrong with the seedlings in the promix. Barely any growth.

Congrats you're going forwards, Jeff!
It's a bit hard for me seeing the leaves clearly on your uploaded pics, are working now with ph and ec/ppm? And do you have schedules how to feed or just by feeling? The 2 little seems to be overdosed by N or P, but i'm not an expert studying pics...keep on going and stay tuned, bro!:pass:
