Nutes for beginners

My first few runs ever I used ‘Ionic’, it is a one part grow, and one part bloom and a booster, three bottles for the full grow - they work very well and so easy

I used AN M/G/B two grows ago (?).

Got tired of mixing ml of multiple liquids, worked okay but...

What is easier than weighing grams of One dry nutrient ?

Well if you use a 5gallon pot and Stonington blend soil you really don't need anything else for autos at least there's enough nutrients in it. Banana ffj just might get a little more yield a tablespoon a gallon of the ffj you don't need it tho. You probably don't need the Stonington blend fertilizer either but 20 days into the grow it wouldn't hurt to add a handful. Hard to overdo organics unless you really overuse then plant takes what it needs. I mean for water if you have a low tds water you can just leave it out for the chlorine to evaporateor get a Britta filter to get out chlorine. I mean if your water sucks it wouldn't hurt to get an ro filter anyway for your own health. My water isn't high in tds so I just use a basic shower filter to pull out chlorine. Plus if you get the fertilizer you can reuse the same.soil forever and just add water and ffj is really easy to make if you can make a cake or pizza dough you can make ffj its just mixing banana and sugar and sticking it in a jar. None of this stuff is difficult at all and its cheaper in the long run then buying bottles. Only thing I would consider buying in bottles is fish shit and canna bio boost but again you don't need that I want to have the highest THC count and best flavor possible. But its possible to just add water to Stonington blend like I said. If you use a big enough pot so you don't run out of nutrients. Yellowing leaves add more fertilizer pretty simple. As long as you don't add a fuckload you will not overdo it if the plant doesn't need it its fine. You can reuse the soil

Might get some sneers for this answer, but fox farm has a trio of nutrients. one for veg, one for bloom, one for anytime. It works, enough that I havent bothered changing it, not enough that I didn't read this post to see what others recommend.

If your insistent on bottles I'd get the organic canna bio line with the rhizo stuff and bio boost you could use that with promix. Organic is better than synthetics for your health the environment and they are harder to over do.

For the sake of trying to find the easiest way I can I've tried a couple things. I'm down to Happy Frog ( 4 weeks is the norm on it's nutrient depletion) and Mega Crop 1 part in auto pots....you will still need to pH the mix after nutrient addition before giving to the plants and since my Apera quit I've been using the drops that come in the GH PH kit......
As an experiment and since a couple of people are trying the grow dots I am using off the shelf Osmocote now....in spent soil from my Mephisto run I added 1 scoop to 2 pots, 2 scoops to 2 pots and 3 scoops to 2 pots and am past day 50 well into flower without pH ing the water at all.....will be continuing this experiment on subsequent rounds.....so far it has been the easiest grow but is in no way endorsed as a grow method...it is an ongoing experiment....

My buddy uses the “concentrate” from Mix A Soil. If I didn’t have access to mostly free inputs, that’s what I would use. He never has any issues.
