how often should i water the only real watering i did so far was on sunday i gave each pot which are 5 gallon pots about 12oz of water each other then that ive given them a light spray of water with the spray bottle and only really sprayed the plants

Stick your finger in the soil a couple of inches out from the plant. If it feels moist wait and if it feels dry give them some more water. Since you are a soil grower if you get yourself an Accurate 8 it includes a moisture level gauge and you will be able to keep your pH spot on as your grow continues

also i notice my my temps and humidity hovers around 75 to 81 for temp and 45 to 57 for humidity is that ok

Depends on how far away they are, assuming you are running them 4 to 6 inches from the plants you want about 3000 lumens per square foot for seedlings and about 4000-5000 lumens for bloom. Your 16 current lights would be putting out about 26,000 lumens total so yes, I think you could do with less
