Hey buddy, I only really grow outdoor and don't know much about indoor growing but she looks like she's stretching to get closer to the light......how high have you got your light set? Also you can add more dirt around her stem to make her a bit more stable
:pass:

Hi @the green bandit I started with the light at the top of the tent ( I was advised by some here that the 200 w cob would be too powerful for the space I have and heat would be an issue, on the contrary I have zero problem with heat, if anything it may be on the low side!! ) 2 days ago when I noticed the stretch I lowered the light to 15 inches from the canopy and she still stretched and is now bending, I will try strengthening the stem with some more soil and hope she gets happier, thanks for your reply

This is a very common problem, and staking is the simplest solution.
I cut off a piece of this, make a loop on one end to go around the stem, then stick the other end in the solid medium.
Amazon product ASIN B000RUFDI2When the plant gets bigger, the stalk will straighten and fatten.

So I went with scrapping the soil from the side of the pot and using to support the stem just hope the canopy reaches back up to the light, which I have brought even closer to the canopy

Just a quick update for anyone that's interested, after lowering the light she seems to be doing alot better, new growth coming through and the stretching has stopped!! Although, with the crap eBay light I bought, which is now 4 inches from the canopy I have realised that this light is rubbish and I have now ordered a @MarshydroTina based on the fact if I need this crap light 4 inches from the canopy then as she grows and developes then the crappy light I have got, would be just pointless. First NOOB mistake!!!
