It is on the late side, but not too late. I had to switch my current grow to 12/12, but did that at day 60. I would say to stay the course, keep feeding grow nutes, and see what happens in a couple weeks. If at day 50, I would start to think about the light schedule switch to trigger flower. Your internal debate after that will be do you switch back after flowering starts.
 
Give her time, plants are not machines that are programmed to do specific things at specific times, the variables from genetics to environment are infinite and any one of these variables can have an effect.

But she looks healthy, shouldn't be long before the flowers develop going by what I see, just be patient
