OLD REVIEWS Nirvana Ak 48

Ok new here, and searched everywhere. I have read that AK-48 is auto flower, and that it is not an auto as well. Anyone ever grow it and can confirm if if it is indeed an auto-flower?

If this has been answered before and am just taking up web space, please forgive me. I been looking hard at this strain from Nirvana awhile, and well information seems to fluctuate so much I cant decide if I want to try grow it. Any help is appreciated Thanks.

Their website dont say very much, details are scarce, and very confusing at best when googled.

If I placed this in the wrong section as well please forgive me as well.

Nirvana has an AK48 but it's a photo strain...

Thanks guys just the info I sought. As said that strain was giving me fits as some said auto even from Nirvana. I knew you all would know.

I was growing photo's but definitely seek something a bit different. Reading several sites, I have decided to try the auto's.

I am growing the Nirvana Fem AK-48. The trichomes on the leaves(under a microscope are evident from early on in this strain). Yep it is a photo and not auto.

AK48 has a good head high and not too stoney in effect. I am waiting for mine to start shooting pistols. The Nirvana blurb says penetrating aroma, not sure if it is a typical stinker. My last AK48 did not have a strong smell unless disturbed.

I have since elected skip ak at moment and am going to be running some short riders and think different's.

I as well am ordering up some big devils, and tossing idea of purple kush or some auto blue berry. Who knows, by time i make Februaries seed order, I may decide on a different strain.

Nirvanas Ak48 blew me away when I grew it.
Super fruity an dank as all hell.
I didn't expect much , but she was hella good!!
I will grow her again somday..

Good to know, thanks Scar. Coming from you, that must have been a hell of a plant. I been thinking I may stealth run one somewhere. As I am scaling down and revamping, sadly now is not the time. Maybe a spring fling through fall grow secluded and a distance from myself. Matter fact am going grad 5 seeds and do just that.

Im doin an ak48 at the mo, fruity as heck and frosting up lovely, looks like she will be first to get the chop, 12/12 from seed.

sagarmatha ak48 IS NOT the nirvana strain in auto version. It is completely different, i mean completely. Nirvana AK48 parents are ICE and jack herer (ICE has about 4 main genetic lineages also lol). The AK48 auto that sagarmatha do does not have AK48 as any parent, and it does not include jack herer or ICE either. This confused the hell out me too, and im glad i never got the beans, could be nice smoke, but i think i will stay away from that one
