Looking at giving Autoflowers a go once my photos are done. I am in central QLD so the winter is pretty mild and day temps usually in the mid 20s. I grow outdoors and will be looking to grow 4 plants in coco/perlite hydroponics setup. Question is what month would be the best month to start? My photos should be done around June so would be looking at starting as soon as possible once they're harvested. Also if you have any recommendations on strains more suited to my location throw them my way. I am around 24 degrees south and costal.

Gday mate this sounds exciting! I'm keen to see some oz outdoor auto action. Strain choice I would say find a medium you're happy with between quality of genetics and price because there's a lot to choose from. Anyway @hecno is the man to get this ball rolling.

@Maxlass How ya going mate . Lat 24 , I am a fair way north coastal of that . but at your latitude and winter temps you have a lot strains to play with , One real good one that would work very well for you is Mexican Airlines from https://2fast4buds.com/seeds/mexican-airlines -- great smoke and yield -- in saying that because of your average high temps [ mean ] 24 c for that period you should not have to much problems as your temps are good and RH is good . You should get 2 grows in before the temps get to high if you start in May .

Unfortunately I don't have the room to start in May as my photos are taking up my garden space and there are no other options to where I can place my girls. The Mexican Airlines does look like a pretty good strain. I will try 1 or 2 of them when I plant. One of my current strains is Afghan Kush and they are absolutely powering. There is a fem auto strain called Afghan Mass that looks pretty enticing so I might try that as well. Have you heard of this breed? I have about half my current plants ATM which are Sativa but that's only because I had a heap if seeds given to me but I tend to prefer Indica as a personal preference to smoke. Thanks for your replies and when I decide what I'm gonna go with I will post on here so you fellas can assist with advice :) Any info is appreciated.

I'm trippin I thought that was an auto but it's a photo. If you want to see the auto version I just started them in my blue bud thread.
