New Grower Newbie question about seeds

I have just started my first grow and have purchased a couple of different strains of auto flower but a couple of the seeds have not yet germinated, so i decided to take a look in the pot and found the seed, when I took the seed out there was a small white like tail coming off the seed, I expect this is the tap root emerging but when I looked closer it was moving, is this the tap root or a worm of some kind?

As i said in the title I am a newbie so any help would be greatly appreciated.

If so, just give them more time.

If so your to high, back off the meds and keep it buried till it pops out 2-4 days...

But really, leave the seeds in for a week without molesting them or you're just killing/stunting them. You can't speed up the growing process in any way, so don't try.

All i can think of is Little Shop of Horrors! You just might be the 1st person in history that weed killed! Back away slowly.
