New Grower Newbie Help

This is my first grow and am not able to find a concrete reason for the problem this plant is having. A lot of the leaves are showing these weird tears/ holes in almost systematic places. There are no signs of pests but did see one gnat a couple of days ago but none since.

Age: 3.5 weeks
Light: Mars Hydro TS1000
Soil: Fox Farm OF
Breed: Fast Buds Gorilla Glue
Humidity: Averages around 60rh
Temp:78F with a 4-degree buffer
PH: between 6.2 - 6.8

I have two fans blowing but not directly on the plant.

I know FoxFarm OF is a hot soil and I first thought it was a nute issue, but I haven't seen any pictures of nute burn resembling this. I have not added any additional nutrients besides the soil

This might be irrelevant but I have another plant right beside this one with no problems at all.

Looks like pest damage to me. Put some yellow sticky traps in the grow area and see what ya catch!

I ordered some Dr. Zymes and sticky traps today.

Looks pets damages it, if so, hope your plants will git rid of this issue soon via your Mr. Zymes and stciky traps
