Just have next round terminated and starting to pop started in solo cups with happy frog soil. All advice is welcome.

Great to have you here and I’ll certainly try to answer/advise if possible. Your soil is a good choice for starts since it has a good consistency and a lite mix that won’t burn a seedling.

Once your sprouted and you see a few sets of leaves come out you can start feeding with a very light mix of 2 ml per gal of each Core A/B combo to get them started growing.
