New to growing but I think I failed already

I'm not sure, but that doesn't look good, the bugs I mean. The plants themselves look fantastic, dude the first 3 weeks are painfully slow. Remember, it's ok to let the soil dry out for a a day, it promotes root growth and won't kill them, don't let them wilt though.

Just an update since I last posted things took a turn for the worst essentially since I didn’t have the proper setup or not enough sunlight due to only having an apartment balcony the plants ended up getting really stunted one looks like it’s still in the seedling stage the other is getting veg. Based on how they look I’d say one to three weeks behind where they should be in my opinion. I ended up surrendering them to my friend and she had to replant them since they had no root system to them.

the two pictures of it leaning is the one I brought her yesterday to rescue and the picture of the two together the one on the right is the one I brought her a week or so ago to rescue. When she got them they had maybe six leaves and were on there deathbed. She ended up doing the whole 9 yards replanted them in there pots with all new soil mixed with work castings and bat guano, used root magic, made a tea for them. They seem to be doing good but overall it was a fail on my end for trying to grow knowing I didn’t have the right setup to do it properly
