Hello, I'm new the auto world.

I've done a couple runs with the Fast Buds genetics and have had decent success, but it seems like a lot of energy for little yield.

Can anyone recommend a breeder or brand of super autos of old school flavors?

Thx

What do you mean by lot of energy for little yield? Tell us about your grow.
Can you show us your setup? We love pictures here :woohoo:

Welcome indeed. Great place here. Lots to learn and read and some absolute top growers who are willing to help. There's a few who have gotten well over 1lb from a single plant so high yeilds are very doable.

Your setup looks quite nice and you seem to have the basics covered. 20g per plant isn't terrible but, you can and should be able to pull off much more. Did you run them in the BioAll soil with only adding water?

What type of growing would you like to do?
Full organic living soil?
Hydro? Coco?
Or a soil with nutrient line?
Water only?

I know some soils advertise as "water only" but as you may have found, it might need a boost to really pull off a great harvest.

Here's a recent solo cup I did and pulled 32g from it. Not hard to get a good amount from autos.

Wow those are great numbers... and nice looking plant!

If I could get them at least to 28 g per plant...

I did try to amend with Biobizz Bloom and Topmax @ week 6 at 1/2 strength and they were not happy and showed signs of burn so I went back to RO water with cal mag only.

I would like to stay as organic as possible...so water only or with organic amendments.

Bioall with Biobizz Bloom has been successful with photoperiods but I am open to trying something new with the autos.

I grow all ILGM autos exclusively and average
75-120 grams per plant, and that’s only with a
17-20 day vegetation period. I always buy my seeds when I can get a 10 for 10 deal and that averages a little over $5 per seed.
In all my coco grows I basically only feed them this.
Can’t get any easier than that!!

What you need to do is make a liquid fertilizer maybe out of biobizz does it dissolve in water? Maybe water some aloe vera in veg top dress kelp alfalfa and crab. Don't forget the banana ffj for potassium and sugar for bud hardener and resin increaser. Liquids work better honestly don't forget getting too and don't em1 yogurt or kombucha to your water make sure your chlorine free. Hope that helps that's what I do and top multiple times maybe you get less yields then lst but you get buds that are worth trimming and not popcorn.

I like coast of Maine Stonington blend for to dressing or teas also great for flower and veg

Best auto I ever grew head cheeze from night owl don't know about best yielder. Getting yields with organics just takes practice. Is not as easy as doing Coco following a nutrient line schedule. You have to do everything at the right time water have right vpd that's a bunch of different variables. But If you get good with organics you will get yields. Practice with other plants that are cheaper like lettuce tomatoes outdoors experience with plenty is experience with online especially organic and knowing how to work with nature
