It will put them into flower if they are photos.if not and they are autos they should stop stretching soon anyway so no need for a change. If photos you could supercrop the tallest branches to the height of the lowers . That should fill the middleband encourage more growth in the middle.

Trying to stunt them by adding nutrients isn't a good idea. They are sensitive to nutrients and any crazy feeds could really hurt you in the long run. Lst the whole life to get wider shorter plants.

Cheers bud although it was more of a change in nutrients rather than stuff it I'll give it this that and the Next thing gave them half and half for the first 2-3 days then straight onto bloom after that also didn't give them anywhere near the recommended dosage so probably shouldn't mess with it too much i hope, they seemed to take it pretty well to me no deficiencies or that so hopefully they'll be fine.
