Lighting New lights help!

Hello all!
Pretty new here, I’m looking to upgrade the lights in my 2x4 tent.
I currently have two 1200w Vander life LEDS.
I’d like to stay with LEDs due to size restrictions.
Under $500

Totally not my thread lol but maybe someone can answer a question for me

I am wondering if anyone knows the actual wattage of vivosun 300 watt full spectrum led. I have 2 of these for my 2x4x5 grow tent which will have 2 plants under each light. What distance should they be from my canopy during veg and flower?
