Day 63, so later on today, I've decided to chop my dark devil, unless you guys think otherwise but with going away for 8 days in 7 days it's the only chance I have to properly dry. I also work away from home and I leave tonight, and cant really trust the wife to do it. In the pic you can see some amber but hoping that's not from leaf discoloration. The purple punch is getting there, but having some problems with it, bought some ph balancers to make sure ph is correct to keep her going till the end.

So my buddy convinced me, there are to many white pistols still and really not to many red hairs, I'm going to leave it for the duration and cut it when I'm back from my trip on the 1st so about 17 more days

well, the fact is that plantz can/do pop out white pistilz up until right before harvest, even when they're ready to chop, and can eazily lull the unknowing into waiting to chop, when in fact they're ready...the hairz aren't indicative of anything in that sense -> it'z all about the trichz! and from what i'm seein in that one closeup pic, ur first choice to g'head & chop before u leave is the better one jus me own 2 ctz :smoking: ppp

Lol, the votes are 3-1 for leaving them, I'm remaining neutral, I'll give it a little time and see if anyone else chimes in. Two of the votes have grown this strain before to, if that even matters

Day 70 dark devil continues to bulk up, the trichoms on the bud seems to be still mainly clear, about ready to leave on my trip. The purple punch continues to struggle, went to the local water store and bought some treated water to use instead of my softened water. The ph levels seem pretty stable for my dog sitter to just pour and go, hopefully everything will go well.

Day 79, the dark devil still needs a little time I think, dont see any amber on the buds, but the red hairs are starting to come out quite a bit. The purple punch looks like crap with the dead leaves but the buds seem to be looking good and getting bigger, I'll do a defol in a couple days

we grow buds not leaves,so they can look like shit if they want to on harvest day very nice buds purple slightly foxtailed lovely.
looking for opinions fire a few @ out to folks that have popped in

About to do my harvest of the dark devil and first ever, going to push it back to tomorrow, but the question I have is have any members here dried their bud in a tent, with another plant growing? I was thinking putting it in a box inside the tent if the light would bother it, but without proper air movement would it possibly go mouldy? Any suggestions? I can put it in my garage as well, but it is pretty humid and rainy weather here and only about 10 to 15 degrees Celsius
