I just like to start by saying thanks to admins for accepting me into the group. This site was recommended to me from a member on a different forum that Im starting to absolutely hate. Some members are extremely toxic. Im sure there are some everywhere.

I was told most are super nice here and will correct you when wrong, offer advice instead of reactions and actually help people out which is exactly why I started getting into forums in the first place

AFN is super chilled my man, I've tried other outlets as well over the years and nothing compares to the AFN fam. I've been in hard place of recent and AFN swooped in like some form of super hero and pulled me out if the water. I can't praise this woderfull community enough.

Love that, i really do. I tried out a different forum because it came up on a search and when I was paging through it seemed good, 5 posts in and i was getting a lot of negative reactions with no explination to them. I get thats a thing, but if ya dont like what i said, or i am wrong, please dont be afraid to step in an correct me. Thats exactly why I am here! Btw virtual doob isnt enough, im dry as a mf right now.

It seems like my other page really played the favorites games, i actually got called a narc a few times. Couple people said i must be sharing badge numbers with other members....i just really didnt like it there, most of the members were ok, but I couldnt forage through without running into thorns everywhere, as a turn of phrase. I dont mind being corrected but angry reacts with no explination on everything I put out....im not ok with that

For the most part we are civil to each other and in our posts, but we are human, we joke, have fun tease but never noticed more than a little ruffling of feathers ( mostly about non canna stuff) but that's mostly contained to live stoner chat and it's over pretty quickly...

Im not worried about it. But i just worry about advice. Like I said, im basically a novice. Yes ive produced before but it was shwag quality. I own a paperback grow guide and I bought a digital copy of ed rosenthals cannabis cultivation guide and have read both. But i may misinterpret what I read so it would be nice for corrections. Im never afraid to admit Im wrong or misunderstood literature

I'm more in the hands off, keep it simple, less work category and do pretty well. And you still might get differing opinions on your questions....I'd say water quality is your first hurdle to figure out.....city tap, well tap etc can cause problems if your not sure what's in it...sterilization at treatment plants can introduce chlorine ( which dissapates in about 24 hours) or chloramine ( which is a lot harder to get rid of) and can cause you no end of problems trying to figure out what's wrong.....same with well water depending on the aquifer it comes from.....quite a few of us have switched to disilled or RO water for the simple fact we know what's NOT in it....
