My guess would be gnats or she's sensitive to nutes and soil is too hot. Give her a week and see what she does.

My NCHx3BOG done the same and a week later looks to be chugging along. Almost pulled her. But didn't because it's a special release from mephisto.

That gal in Pic is 3 weeks old, first 2 weeks she was twisted up and odd coloring. I just left her alone and now it looks to be okay.

not sure if it matters but I noticed it’s missing one of it symmetrical leafs

When young they don't always grow the same, you can't really tell much until they are about to show sex.

Do you see how the edges are turning yellow and maybe has a slight browning coming on? I've had that when I've given them too much nitrogen at a young age and left the ph fluctuate or stay out of range. What's your ph ? You may have too hot of a mix and a ph out of balance

I haven’t been adjusting the ph as it’s biobizz soil and nuets and I thought they buffers alters ph by its self at least I thought. tap water is about 7.5 it’s sister is thriving so this must be fussier

My first guess would be a bug problem of some type. My second guess is way too much N for seedling growth. I have overdid it a time or two with seedling nutes and had badly stunted plants that did nothing and were pulled. Get a magnifying glass and look over entire plant for signs of bugs. Be sure to check under the leaves. Look for bug poop too.

Here is the same flower a few weeks later still some discoloured leafs but new growth is all green
