New grower buying Vivosun kit.

New grower -long time gardner, soaked 3 seeds in water 24hr then to paper towel and zip lock bags in 24hrs the seeds had tails 3/8 -1/2" long, planter into HF soil and covered with zip lock bag tents.
the seeds are Weding cake auto Glue Gelato Auto Gelato AUTO as of 1/2/22. Today 1/6/22 girls are about 3/4" tall right now they are under a 13w CFL @ 76 degrees. I purchased a Mars Hydro 2x4x5 grow kit with a TSL-2000 LED, 1/2 of the LED light quit, one of the drivers isn't working emailed them, they want ME to wire in a new Driver instead of sending me the 2 Drivers and control to be replaced as a unit --- Not the best way to do business !

This exact same thing happened with 1 of my drivers a couple months ago. I told them I wasn't comfortable doing the wiring myself since the lights are usually on when nobody is home/everybody asleep and I don't own a soldering iron. They sent me a whole brand new light since they didn't have any drivers in stock. I ended up getting a response from them through Amazon. They come with like a 5 year warranty

Buying Vivo 2.7x2.7 grow tent complete Vs 1000 led 4" 190 cfm fan and filter from Amazon 400.00 $ Is this a good set up?

If you buy a 32x32 tent, a Maxisun 1500 light, 200 cfm fan, carbon filter, ducting, timer and grow bags separate you will be spending about $280, and have a better light.

Same here.Instead of sending me a new unit which was an inline fan they wanted to sell me a new one with a discount when their website states differently.The MH rep on here is great with responding but in general AFN should judge the company by how they do business OUTSIDE of this website......not just within.Mars Hydro is very shady with their business practices as a whole.This is what I was saying in my thread on this website and now more people have experienced the same let down as well.

My advice is to research companies not based how they react on a website but look at reviews from Google and such as reviews on on sites such as this are biased.I am on day 42 of my Amnesia Haze and already looking for new components as the the rest of my MH tent kit falls apart...

AFN doesn't sell anything on this forum.
That being said I'm sure @Marshydro will take care of your issue. If it's brand new and faulty Mars Hydro will hold itself to it's warranty.
I think what you and some others have experienced is a cultural difference. The people there are more self-sufficient in that they don't mind replacing parts themselves. I myself don't mind it either, but there are many people who do and that's something corporations in China should be more aware of. But they do sell quality products world-wide and at freaking low prices. So low that even with shipping local growshops can't compete with. So if you would want an immediate response (as in, I have a problem, go to their shop and it being resolved) from any company you stay local and support your local growshop.
I apologize for being so crude in my reply, but found it necessary to paint a clear picture.
