Indoor new grow room

hi guys, just finished building my grow room( well im nearly there ) what would you recommend to line it? i have some mylar or matt white paint, im using leds if that makes a difference, any help appreciated

depends on set up?
mylar is a better reflector but it does trap alittle more heat than flat white will
i always line all the walls w/ plastic first and seal room to stop moisture from continuous drywall penetration as one example
usually you can get mylar closer to reflect than the wall is so this does make it better(but it creases and wrinkles)
fine if you already own it but if one was buying it i would reccomend panda polly instead
But..
like flat white paint is a better even reflector than aluminum foil(as the cheapest most readilly available thing most can find) it also hold more heat than other mentioned
but aluminum foil a few inches from plants is still a better reflector than white paint a few feet away
so again it really depends on the situation

mylar or any other reflective material but not tin foil it might cause heat and light stress just my Si

my room is only 60cm x 70cm and 2m in height. iam using led lights so i dont expect a lot of heat from them, i have some mylar and moisture resistant paint i just didnt know which would be better suited to my grow.

why not do a trial run with everything painted white...it would be easy to add the mylar later.

yeah just done the first coat of white paint and give it another l8r on, should have it up and running tomorrow!!!
